Swimming!

Since we are going on a vacation to a place with a pool, I bought Mr. Pibbs a swimming life vest. He wasn't super pleased with this purchase:

He even has been curious about the pool since seeing it, either by staring at it or throwing his toys into the pool:

But of course combining these two items has proven to be the best idea to beat the summer heat:

Tennis Balls

I have been told my entire life that pugs don't like to play with tennis balls because of the shape of their mouth.  So Mr. Pibbs surprised me by playing with his tennis ball during Christmas.  Fast forward to last night, Mr. Pibbs got a new tennis ball and he discovered that the balls stick to my bag.

Unfortunately I am not fast enough to catch him on camera when he sticks the ball to Velcro himself.  But he is entertained by this new game.

Yesterday I was putting on my coat to go to the stores, and I turned around to find Mr. Pibbs laying on my work bag.  Someone already has a greater work ethic than I do!

"Please can we go to work right now?!"
