How does a puppy get to Georgia?

For the holidays, I spent some time with my family in Atlanta. So I brought my lovely puppy with me. How do I get my puppy to Atlanta?
I had a little extra "help" while packing.  Mr. Pibbs was so excited he kept on jumping into my suitcase and settling for the long haul.  I made sure not to forget him!
I received this face a lot while driving, which really made me feel a little bad, but he survived the trip...
... by eating a lot of Milkbones and gingerbread men!
The best position that he could be in for the 12 hour drive.  Thank goodness he was in the mood to sleep a lot!
Made it to Georgia.  My gosh it does feel great to stretch my legs a little and get outside!  There no snow here, so I think I may just settle in for the entire season!

Learning Stairs

Poor Mr. Pibbs. My parents have a flight of stairs and no elevator.

Looks like someone is getting the point of going down stairs after much coercion.

The Mirror

Pug puppies and mirrors.  What I was expecting is pretty standard for pugs:

Mr. Pibbs, though, just doesn't care:

So while this may be a little less entertaining, this just means that Mr. Pibbs is a much calmer pug than others.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that!

Bath time again

Today was a day we decided to play in the mud in the cold. So we had to get a bath afterwards...

The resulting picture shows how much we liked that.

Bones!

Today Mr. Spoiled (i.e. Mr. Pibbs) received a 3-pack of bones in the mail, since I needed a few other items from Amazon.  He really didn't know what to do with these at first.

Eventually he calmed down and figured out how to chew on his bone.  If I knew that this is all that I needed to dissuade his insanity, I would have purchased 20 of these teething bones when I first got him.  Now I can finally work at the computer for a bit without Mr. Pibbs giving me guilty eyes.

Now he's figured out how to chew his bone...

Right now he really loves the blue dental bone.  I'm a little wary of letting him really chew on the edible bone, so I try to play with him when he has that one.  But this blue dental bone is honestly keeping him entertained for hours at time--I really no longer matter when it's blue bone playtime.
... and now he cannot stop. At least he's not chewing the furniture.

Mister Pibbs goes to work

Mr. Pibbs went to my work yesterday. He received a lot of love from my coworkers, which made work not such a bad place for him.
